Early involvement in the project process: Sensitization regarding financability and timelines, initial input for financing structure and financial models, early identification of risks and bank requirements., Structuring and closing of project financings: Support and responsibility for projects throughout the entire financing process from approaching banks, negotiating financing conditions and volumes, to loan documentation and closing, including processing CPs and CSs., HoldCo financings and structured solutions: Support, development, and implementation of diverse financing structures at HoldCo level in close sparring with the Head of Finance, and identification of new financing instruments to optimize the overall capital structure., Interface management: Close collaboration with internal teams (project development, EPC, asset management, investor relations) and group companies. Central point of contact for banks, financing partners, and external advisors (Legal, Technical, Tax), and coordination during financing due diligence., Documentation and reporting: Independent creation and maintenance of financing-relevant documents, including financing org charts, transaction documentation, regular monitoring reports, financial models, risk and assumption logs, and internal decision papers for management., Process development: Active driving of the setup and further development of financing processes, standards, and tools, and contribution of own ideas.
