Overall responsibility for the group-wide leadership and further development of the consulting organization within an international matrix setup, Design and implementation of a unified consulting operating model, including resource, skill, and capacity management, Ensuring delivery excellence through clear governance, standards, KPIs, and scalable processes, Development and coaching of consulting leads, with accountability for performance and quality, Design and rollout of group-wide frameworks, SOPs, playbooks, and templates for implementation and adoption, Strategic use of AI within consulting (use-case identification, process automation, governance, and compliance), Close collaboration with central and local stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Country Leadership) and structured feedback loops into product strategy
