Directly work with the CEO on the strategic alignment of GreenPocket., Identify market-relevant key elements for acquiring new direct customers from specific segments (e.g., retail, municipalities, housing industry) over several months., Derive concrete to-dos from findings and actively engage in initial contact with potential customers., Regularly deal with new or changed legal requirements (e.g., Energy Efficiency Ordinance) and assess their impact on the company., Identify and qualify new market segments and customer groups, create Ideal Customer Profiles, and initiate first customer contact, including qualification interviews and webinars., Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline., Actively engage with and drive the technology for automating sales processes., Build and optimize lead generation processes., Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Controlling, discussing results directly with the CEO., Support the planning of inbound (e.g., content, SEO, lead funnels) and outbound (e.g., LinkedIn, mailings, cold calls) marketing measures.
