Foster an inclusive, high-trust, high-ownership culture: Create an environment where engineers feel valued, empowered, and psychologically safe – while keeping the bar high.
Align technical direction with product and company strategy: Work closely with Product and leadership to make sure engineering priorities drive business impact, balancing speed with long-term technical health.
Ensure high-quality, scalable, and reliable software delivery: Champion best practices for testing, architecture, and code quality to keep our systems performant, secure, and scalable.
Own execution and keep the momentum high: Drive planning, unblock the team, manage risks proactively, and make sure we deliver on what matters – at scale-up speed.
Continuously improve how we build: Shape engineering rituals, developer experience, tooling, and CI/CD workflows to reduce friction and maximize impact.
Collaborate closely with ML, Product, Data, and GTM: Bridge engineering and other disciplines so everyone is aligned on technical and business needs.
