As soon as possible, we are looking for you as a full-time medical assistant (m/f/d) for rheumatologyat Helios Kliniken Kassel.

What to expect

• Independent writing, proofreading and timely dispatch of epicrises, surgical reports and medical correspondence
• Checking patient files for completeness and forwarding to Medical Controlling
• Structured processing and forwarding of inboxes and incoming emails
• Reception and proper forwarding of calls as well as competent provision of information
• Processing and reviewing business trip requests, including coordination of the approval process
• Independent creation, coordination and maintenance of the department's duty roster

What you bring to the table

• Successfully completed training as an MFA / Medical Assistant (m/f/d) or comparable training in the medical field
• Confident handling of medical terminology as well as fast and precise spelling when implementing digital dictations
• Experienced handling of MS Office
• Ideally, experience in dealing with SAP and other digital work media
• Organizational skills and reliability in administrative and organizational tasks
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
