About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Scientific Officer to join our dynamic research team. The Scientific Officer will play a crucial role in supporting our research activities, managing laboratory operations, and contributing to the overall success of our scientific projects.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical and scientific support to research projects.
• Perform experiments and analyse data.
• Maintain and operate laboratory equipment.
• Manage laboratory inventory and consumables.
• Contribute to the writing of scientific reports and publications.
• Assist in the training of junior staff and students.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and laboratory protocols.

What We're Looking For

• MSc or PhD in a relevant life science discipline (e.g., molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology).
• Proven experience in experimental techniques relevant to molecular and cell biology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English.
