Overall responsibility for planning, controlling, and implementing complex technical projects while adhering to time, cost, quality, and resource goals., Management of project resources, milestones, quality gates, backlogs, and sub-projects using established project management methodologies (classic / hybrid / agile)., Responsibility for budget planning, cost controlling, risk management, and derivation and tracking of measures., Active stakeholder and committee management, including organization and leadership of steering committees., Contract and claim management, including change requests, service acceptances, and close collaboration with Legal, clients, and external partners., Overall technical coordination, including defining procedures, ensuring solution quality, and contributing to SLAs., Transparent project documentation and regular reporting to management and relevant stakeholders.
