Support the Event Manager and CoE staff with the planning, scheduling and delivery of a variety of internal and external events and meetings both in-person, virtually or hybrid (i.e., workshops, conferences, fora, the CoE’s General Meetings, etc)., Provide administrative and logistical support: venue research, create checklists, assist with event enquiries and event registration, prepare materials for events (agendas, visit briefings, name badges etc), manage RSVPs, maintain guest lists, data checking, preparing detailed documentation for archiving and audit purposes., Provide ad-hoc assistance at events including supporting set-ups, manage registration/check-in, dismantling events., Willingness to travel within the EU as the need dictates., Take into account aspects of gender equality in the execution of tasks., Carry out other tasks that may reasonably be required according to nature of the role.
