For our Helios Vogtland-Klinikum Plauen we are looking for you as Chief Physician Secretary for Anaesthesia (m/f/d) from 01.01.2027.

What to expect

• Independent organization of the secretariat coupled with the independent completion of all typing and office tasks as well as mail processing
• Mastery of subject-specific medical terminology with a special focus on neuromedicine, expert handling of the necessary PC software and technical devices
• Processing or writing scientific correspondence according to dictation (discharge, transfer or surgery reports of inpatients, reports of outpatients, protocols, applications, inquiries and expert opinions)
• Ensuring communication and information management in the department
• Support of the Chief Physician in his/her information, representation and control tasks as well as the special area of responsibility of the Medical Directorate
• Representation in the relevant secretariat and ensuring the process and tasks

What you bring to the table

• Completed training as an office clerk (m/f/d), secretary or medical assistant
• Professional experience in administrative and clinical/practice management is an advantage
• They have the ability to set goals for themselves and others and to pursue them consistently through planning, organization and control, and are characterized by loyalty and discretion
• Very good written and spoken German skills as well as the use of the MS Office package are a matter of course for you, a basic medical vocabulary, especially in the neuromedical field, would be an advantage
• Your way of working is characterized by independence and flexibility as well as a friendly, courteous appearance towards patients and business partners, is a matter of course for you
